Hi there, I am new to this so here it goes. I had knee surgery ( Dec.11th) for a minor tear after running a marathon, I qualified for the Boston Marathon and I 've been an avid runner for ten yrs. A couple days after my surgery I had a wave of sweating, cold rushing in my chest and heart pounding that sent me into complete panic. I KNEW something had gone wrong and I was having a heart attack at only 36. Well fast forward, this episode has happened about 6 x's since then, with 2 trips to ER , multiple heart tests, blood tests, all coming back normal. Great.except I can't break out of this cycle. I'm on eggshells now. I don't understand WHY my body is doing this to me.I was in the best shape of my life 3 months ago, happy and now I'm fearful of the dizzy spells , heart racing keeping me all night and then total exhaustion from lack of sleep. It's a vicious cycle I'm finding myself in. I cannot enjoy my coffee anymore, I stopped taking my ADHD med which DID improve my life SOOOO much, I cannot tolerate these thign sall the sudden.WHY? I am 35 yrs old and circumcised - in the last several years I've felt that the shaft of my penis from the circumcision scar to the head feels a lot more limp and small than the rest of the shaft. When I have a partial erection or even flaccid the base of the shaft feels "full" and thick but the outer part where the frenulum is still very squishy between my fingers.
